In Japan, gifts are often wrapped in noshi paper, printed with a formal inscription and the giver’s name. Getting the right sheet ready takes more effort than you might expect. Noshi Print lets you create noshi paper in the browser and print it on a home printer.

Every feature is free. No sign-up, no app to install. The tool itself is in Japanese.

Start from the occasion

Pick an occasion, such as a wedding gift, a get-well gift, a funeral offering or a return gift, and the mizuhiki style and noshi ornament are set to match. No need to worry about etiquette.

Make it your own

  • Mizuhiki in bow knot or tied knot (5, 7 or 10 cords)
  • Landscape, portrait, or tanzaku strips (1 or 5 per sheet)
  • Six typefaces, including Mincho, pen and brush styles, with adjustable weight and size
  • Drag the inscription, name and noshi ornament on the preview to position them
